Founding groomers pay no platform fee through 2026. Your only cost is standard card processing (~2.9% + 30¢ per charge — the same as any card reader). Parents pay your price, you keep the rest.
What happens in 2027
Standard pricing begins: a flat 5% of your price per completed booking — and that 5% covers the card processing on the service. You keep 95% of your price, period, with no separate processing fee stacked on top. Parents add a 5% convenience fee at checkout, always shown before they confirm.

Always true, both eras: no monthly fee, no subscription, no charge on unbooked time, and tips pass through 100% (minus only their card processing). We put the future rate in writing now so there’s never a bait-and-switch conversation later.
It’s in the Terms, not just on this page
The Founding Rate Rider makes it binding: 0% through December 31, 2026, we can extend it but not cut it short, and you get at least 30 days’ notice before standard pricing starts. Any booking made on or before that date keeps the Founding Rate through completion — so a December booking groomed in January is still 0%, and the parent is never charged a convenience fee they weren’t shown.
