Groomers can start with a free setup time now. Store installs open when Clippie launches; the app will be free to install on both stores.
Groomers
- No-Show Shield™ deposit protection: set the deposit and cancellation terms clients see before they confirm. Clippie applies that policy to the confirmed visit.
- Neighborhood Pack™ area packing: set your territories, and Clippie suggests booking days that pack your dogs into the same neighborhood and kill zigzag driving.
- Every booking is a request you approve. Nobody drops themselves into your day.
- See the dog before you say yes — pet photo, temperament notes, and coat matting level.
- Your prices, your hours, your client list. Tips are yours, and payouts land in about 2 business days.
- No monthly fee, and $0 platform fee through 2026 (Founding Groomer Rate). From 2027, Clippie takes under 2% per groom; standard card processing fees apply (~2.9% + 30¢). 100% of tips are yours.
Pet parents
- Book real open slots at the groomer's own prices — no markup, no phone tag.
- No added fee through 2026 — you pay the groomer's price. From 2027 there is a 5% Clippie fee, shown as its own line before you pay.
- Groom report cards with photos when it’s done, plus an easy way to request the next visit.
