Booking your first groom

Find a groomer, pick services, choose a time, confirm — with the total shown up front.

Booking takes about two minutes:

  1. Add your pet — name, breed, size, anything the groomer should know.
  2. Pick services from the groomer’s menu, priced exactly as they set them.
  3. Choose a time from their real availability.
  4. Review and confirm — the full total is on screen before you commit. Through 2026 there’s no added fee: you pay the groomer’s price.

The whole total before you confirm. Deposits (if your groomer takes one) count toward it.

If the groomer takes a deposit, it’s held on your card now and counts toward the total — you’re never charged twice. The remainder is charged when the visit completes, for exactly the services performed.
