Delete your account any time from the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. It’s immediate — open appointments are cancelled and your personal details are removed.
- What’s deleted: your profile, pets, saved cards (removed at the processor), and sign-in.
- What’s retained: completed appointments’ financial records — anonymized — because payment law requires it and your past groomer’s books have to stay true.
