Set working days and hours once; block dates whenever life happens. The booking flow only offers parents times that are genuinely open — around existing appointments, inside your hours, and never on a blocked date.
- Blocked dates take effect immediately — a slot that was bookable a minute ago simply stops being offered.
- Exception days (shortened hours, a one-off Sunday) work the same way.
- Already-confirmed appointments are never silently moved — you reschedule those with the parent through the app.
