After a visit completes you’ll see the report card, the receipt — and the tip line. Choose 15%, 20%, or 25%; the tip goes on your card and Clippie takes nothing from it, ever — it passes straight through to your groomer, less only the card processing every card charge costs. Only you can add a tip — groomers can’t add one for you.
After each completed appointment, you can share a score and optional comment with your groomer. The feedback is tied to that appointment, stays private, and helps the business follow up and improve your pet's care. It is not published for other pet parents.
