After a visit completes you’ll see the report card, the receipt — and the tip line. Choose 15%, 20%, or 25%; the tip goes on your card and 100% of it passes to your groomer (Clippie takes nothing from tips, ever). Only you can add a tip — groomers can’t add one for you.
Reviews are tied to real completed appointments — no drive-by ratings from people who never booked. Your groomer can reply, and you’ll get a notification when they do.
